These lovely sculptural glass pendants are the last few available. Made from torch-fired French enamel, the finely powered glass is applied to a red-hot copper bead with the colour built up using up to ten thin layers.
The large focal bead is strung on black waxed nylon cord with a clever little bead that makes the length adjustable.
I make these beads in January, when it's too hot to lampwork glass, then craft them into jewellery over the rest of the year.
