SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Wearing Glass. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

SHIPPING IS FREE FOR PURCHASES OVER $100 WITHIN NEW ZEALAND.

DELIVERY TIME
All our jewellery is handcrafted; glass is shaped and blown, silver filed and polished. All by hand in our Grey Lynn studio. We aim to make all our orders within one week, but if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, your piece may take a little longer to get to you. This is because quality matters to us. We focus on each individual piece of jewellery and are proud of the work we produce. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Please allow a few additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping is free for purchases over $100 within New Zealand. Central Auckland purchases under $100 will incur a $5 shipping charge; Auckland Outer and Urban Domestic purchases under $100 will incur a $7.50. Rural Delivery purchases under $100 will incur a $12.50 shipping charge. International shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
Wearing Glass is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

DAMAGES
Wearing Glass is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
